Product Overview
SSG3000X Plus series RF signal generators, covering a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz with a maximum output level of +20 dBm. Featuring an optional high-stability OCXO reference source, excellent phase noise, and significantly improved pulse signal fidelity, the series delivers pure signal output and stable performance. It comes standard with AM/FM/PM analog modulation, pulse modulation, and USB power meter control, supports custom pulse sequences and external IQ modulation, and is equipped with a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen. Well suited for RF component characterization, research and development, manufacturing, education, and maintenance applications, the SSG3000X Plus provides a pure, stable, and cost-effective professional RF signal solution.
